How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or want to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset your eFAQ password in just a few steps. This will restore access to your account so you can continue searching vehicle reports, property records, and other public data.

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your eFAQ account.
  3. Click the "Reset Password" button. We'll send you an email with a new temporary password.
