Can I get a refund?

Yes — eFAQ offers refunds in many situations, particularly when the request is made in good faith. We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and reasonably.

For instance, if you accidentally signed up for a monthly membership or were charged unexpectedly, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund. We understand mistakes happen and always want to treat our customers right.

That said, we may decline a refund if the service was clearly used extensively and delivered value. For example, a customer who uses 100 reports and then asks for a refund would not be eligible, as the service was used as intended and provided real benefit.
