You can cancel your eFAQ subscription at any time. If you want to fully delete your account, you can file a GDPR deletion request in your user dashboard.

In some markets, we do not support GDPR deletion requests. We can still delete your user data manually. To proceed with user data deletion in a market without support for GDPR deletion requests, please contact customer support via email with the subject DATA DELETION REQUEST.

After deletion, you won’t be able to log in or view your report history. Please be aware that, due to legal requirements, we must retain records of purchases and cannot erase your purchase history.
